The plan aims to connect vital pilgrimage places like Mathura, Vrindavan, Barsana. Gokul. These places are deeply linked to old stories and beliefs from a time called Dwapar Yuga. The goal is to bring back the old spiritual feel of the area and to add modern comforts for all visitors.

This includes plans for bypass roads and special paths for walking around temples. For example, a bypass project for Mathura-Vrindavan worth ₹6,100 crore has been approved. Also, there is a plan to build an 84-kosi parikrama marga (a long walking path for religious rounds) at a cost of ₹9,000 crore.
